Principal, Program Management (Logistics Operation Center)

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Principal, Program Management to lead logistics programs across first-, middle- and last-mile. The role defines scope and OKRs, drives execution and improves operational performance through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics programs and define scope, OKRs and drive execution.
• Manage the KR to TW report transition and build unified end-to-end visibility.
• Improve PDD and operational performance by removing defects and bottlenecks with LOC, hubs, linehaul and sortation teams.
• Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and turn insights into actions, owners and SOP changes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and hubs to solve problems and deliver structured recommendations.
• Run simulations for network, volume and cut-off changes to guide data-based decisions.
• Identify risks, run mitigations and manage communication and change adoption.
• Communicate clearly to all levels with concise narratives on options, risks and ROI.

Required profile

• 6+ years in program/project management or analytics-driven operations in logistics, e-commerce or supply chain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong structured thinking and root-cause analysis, executive-level writing and speaking, and the ability to influence without authority.

Required skills

• Strong SQL and data validation; proficient with Tableau and Power BI.
• Big data tools and Python are a plus.
• Preferred: understanding of first/middle/last mile, hubs, linehaul, routing and PDD; hands-on Python and statistical tools; strong English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
