About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a customer‑facing position that sits at the heart of Roche’s new, agile organization. Working locally within the healthcare ecosystem, the PJP connects Roche’s capabilities with partners who touch the patient journey, helping co‑create solutions that improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted primary point of contact between Roche and ecosystem stakeholders, prioritising needs and securing resources to accelerate outcomes.
• Collaborate with patient‑journey partners to remove barriers and unlock value for patients and the wider community.
• Guide Roche products through their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and communicating benefits to healthcare professionals in a balanced, truthful manner.
• Ensure positive experiences whenever partners engage with Roche employees, products, or services.

Required profile

• Strong personal purpose to improve the patient journey and create impact in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to define and embed strategies that deliver better health outcomes faster.
• Entrepreneurial attitude combined with outstanding partnering capabilities such as coaching, consulting, deep listening, questioning and understanding.
