职位概况

中央研究院生醫轉譯研究中心诚邀具有人体生物资料库运作经验的博士级专业人才，担任台湾人体生物资料库研究技术人员，负责平台技术、质量系统及跨部门协作。

主要职责

优化检体采集、处理、保存及资料产制流程，建立并维护ISO 20387等国际标准的质量管理体系。
维护与开发资料治理、去识别化、资料释放技术流程及实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）。
统筹平台日常运营与中长期策略规划，推动跨部门协作与资源整合。
负责对外合作与国际资料交换，担任主要执行窗口，拓展跨机构合作模式。
建立使用者及参与者服务机制，开展满意度调查并推动公开沟通，提高公众信任。

任职要求

具生命科学、公共卫生、生物医学或相关领域博士学位，且拥有10年以上人体生物资料库或大型生医资料平台的研究、技术或管理经验。
曾任卫生福利部核准设立之人体生物资料库代表人、主管或信息主管，或具同等层级的营运主管经验；具ISO 20387或同等质量管理系统的培训、导入、维护或稽核经验者优先。
