Operations Manager – B2B Outbound Travel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our B2B outbound travel team in Taipei. The role focuses on delivering seamless tour handling for European and worldwide destinations, supporting travel agents and ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tour handling for European and global destinations, aligning with agent requirements.
• Manage the operations team, coordinating with Country Managers, Sales, and Network Offices to maintain efficient workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager to propose practical solutions for senior management.
• Lead, coach, and develop operation executives to boost productivity and support business growth.
• Monitor cancellation deadlines and enforce strict cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and relevant policies.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Hands‑on knowledge of logistics or land‑based tour operations.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and team‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, high integrity, and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, especially for handling emergencies.
