职位概况

负责在台湾市场发展创作者生态系，主导创作者招募、活动执行、平台运营及合作伙伴管理，推动Coupang在当地的成长。

主要职责

发掘并招募 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok、Threads 等平台的 KOL 与 KOC，完成加入流程。
建立并维护与创作者、MCN 机构及经纪公司的合作关系，提升创作者参与度。
负责网红行销项目的全程运营管理，确保内容按时产出并符合活动规范。
协调合约签署、文件作业及付款结算，维护运营资料的准确性。
发现并提出流程优化建议，维护创作者数据库及活动追踪工具。

任职要求

具备 3 年以上 Influencer Marketing、Creator Operations、Partnership Management 或数字营销相关经验。
曾负责台湾市场的网红行销项目及创作者合作关系管理。
优秀的沟通协调能力，能跨部门合作。
熟悉 Excel / Google Sheets 与 CRM 或相关追踪管理工具。
具备组织管理能力，能同时处理多项专案。
