职位概况

负责在台湾市场推动创作者生态系与联盟行销业务，涵盖创作者招募、平台运营、分润管理及合作伙伴关系经营。与创作者、MCN、品牌商及内部团队协作，提升平台参与度与商业化成果。

主要职责

发掘并招募 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok、Threads 等平台的 KOL 与 KOC，完成加入流程并维护合作关系。
负责 Affiliate 平台日常运营，追踪流量、转化、营收并优化 CPS、CPA、Revenue Share 等分润模式。
管理网红行销项目全流程，确保内容准时产出、活动顺利执行并提供运营洞察。
协调合约签署、付款结算及资料维护，确保合规与流程顺畅。

任职要求

具备 5 年以上 Influencer Marketing、Affiliate Marketing、Creator Operations 或相关数字营销经验。
曾负责台湾市场的网红行销项目及创作者合作管理，具备跨部门沟通协作能力。
熟悉 Excel / Google Sheets 与 CRM 等追踪管理工具。
