職位概況
負責台灣及香港等大中華市場的成效行銷，透過 Meta、Google 等平台獲取新用戶並提升購買轉換率。需要結合數據分析與廣告創意，持續優化 ROAS、CPA 等關鍵指標。
主要職責
- 制定並執行以 Meta、Google 為核心的應用程式廣告活動（UA、Retargeting、品牌曝光）。
- 運用 AppsFlyer 與廣告後台數據，分析並優化 ROAS、CPA 等指標。
- 與影像 PD、設計師合作規劃廣告素材，與數據分析師共同挖掘用戶洞察。
- 使用 SQL、AppsFlyer 等工具診斷行銷成效，提出具體執行方向。
- 自主提案並主導實驗與專案，達成營收最大化。
任職要求
- 具台灣國籍或在台居住 10 年以上。
- 5 至 10 年成效行銷實務經驗，熟悉 App 為核心的 Meta、Google 自助投放。
- 曾改善 CPA、ROAS 等指標，具備媒體操作、素材企劃或數據分析任一強項。
- 能自主驅動工作，邏輯清晰且善於與團隊溝通。
- 對透過數據找出洞察有高度興趣。
