- 处理网络及语音留言
- 处理客户情绪抱怨
- 电访新契约保户及异常件客户
- 执行主管交办事项
- 提升咨询客户满意度的改善方案或提案执行
任职要求
- 具2年以上保险业0800电话客服经验，具申诉处理经验者佳
- 具良好沟通协调能力及高抗压性
- 熟操作客服CRM系统及MS Office（Outlook、Excel、Word）
- 具保险证照者佳
- 无需轮班
