职位概况
负责通过公司提供的名单进行电话开发与销售，推广个人意外险、医疗险、癌症险等保险产品，达成个人及团队业绩目标。
主要职责
- 电话销售并完成业绩指标。
- 分析客户需求，提供保险规划建议。
- 处理客户咨询、投保及续保、加保事务。
- 维护客户关系，提升留存率与满意度。
- 遵循保险法令、个人资料保护及公司内部流程，完成系统记录与录音要求。
任职要求
- 高中或以上学历。
- 具电话行销或业务经验者佳。
- 积极健谈，表达能力佳，具耐心与抗压性。
- 不接受固定薪资，具挑战高薪的企图心。
必备技能
- 熟练使用CRM系统进行客户管理与销售进度追踪。
