职位概况
Garena 美术团队招聘多媒体设计师，负责游戏及品牌的视觉创意，涵盖平面、视频、AI 辅助设计与摄影等多领域工作。
主要职责
- 参与游戏与品牌的营销项目，制作 KV、横幅、社群贴文等平面设计。
- 使用 AI 工具（MidJourney、Stable Diffusion、Kling、Runway）结合 Photoshop、Illustrator、After Effects 进行素材二次创作。
- 负责活动与赛事花絮的拍摄、剪辑及音频采集，确保画面与声音质量。
- 进行视频剪辑、字幕排版及后期处理，制作适用于社交媒体的短视频。
- 参与游戏 H5、品牌宣传页等网站视觉与流程设计，与策划、工程团队协作落地。
任职要求
- 热爱游戏，能够将游戏元素融入设计。
- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere、After Effects 等软件，并拥有相应作品集。
- 具备 AI 设计工具使用经验，乐于探索新技术。
- 了解 Z 世代社交媒体趋势，熟悉 TikTok、Instagram Reels 等短视频风格。
- 具备良好的表达与信息整理能力，能够分享学习成果。
