UX/UI Designer

About the role

Tag is seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join its digital team. You will work closely with clients, project managers and technology teams to create intuitive, beautiful web, mobile and eCommerce experiences for a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user and client needs and translate them into design concepts and solutions.
• Create prototypes, animations and visual examples that clearly communicate the intended experience.
• Present sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, flows and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and creative team members to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Deliver work quickly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, digital or multimedia design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of interface design experience for websites, mobile apps and eCommerce sites.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (strong advantage).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript feasibility.
• Experience designing user journeys and interaction flows.
