加入全球领先的专业服务机构，负责策略与交易咨询服务中的交易尽职调查工作，提供专业的财务分析与风险评估。
主要职责
- 执行财务尽职调查，进行数据清理和差异核对。
- 分析标的公司财务报表，识别潜在风险并形成结论。
- 完成有限的市场调研，撰写尽职调查报告。
- 协助项目相关工作，如准备推介材料。
任职要求
- 大学毕业，具备2-4年四大审计或尽职调查经验。
- 具备出色的分析、演示及报告撰写能力。
- 能够识别业务机会并与客户高层进行积极互动。
- 流利的中英文书面及口语表达。
- 能够接受频繁出差。
