Finance Leadership Development Program (FP&A) - MedTech

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in Taipei. This two-and-a-half-year global program develops future finance leaders by placing participants in challenging positions where they learn core accounting and financial analysis, with five weeks of training led by internal management and external instructors. Participants report to the Region or Cluster FP&A Lead and support forecasting, planning and analysis for stakeholders in the ASPAC region or a market cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics work products
• Update financials for the planning cycle, perform statistical trend analysis and prepare budget work
• Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics, and learn balance sheet forecasting
• Prepare FP&A operational performance metrics
• Take part in functional or career development training, status or team meetings, and update leadership
• Support ad hoc requests and projects, continuous improvement, and train fellow team members
• Perform performance management activities and ensure policies and procedures are followed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration or Economics); analytics/statistics degrees may be considered
• Certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred; training costs for certification are supported
• Fresh graduates or 1-3 years of full-time accounting, audit or FP&A/finance experience in MNCs or Big 4 firms preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Korean is a must

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or data analytics tools such as Tableau or Alteryx, is an added advantage
• Knowledge of financial planning and reporting software (SAP, TM1, Anaplan, etc.) is developed during the program
