职位概况
負責教育訓練規劃與員工關係經營，支援公司人力資源整體發展需求。
主要职责
- 規劃與執行新進人員訓練、內訓活動與年度教育訓練計畫。
- 追蹤訓練成效，維護訓練紀錄並提出改善建議。
- 協助推動校園徵才與實習計畫。
- 協助員工關係管理，關心員工適應狀況，參與離職訪談等。
