职位概况
大發廠招聘生产作业员，提供固定早、晚班12小时制，录取即为正职，全职工作。工作地点位于高雄市大發工业区大业街七号，现场面谈。
主要职责
- 站立操作生产线机器设备。
- 根据需求使用显微镜进行检测。
- 配合产能需求加班。
任职要求
- 持有效身份证件，能适应12小时轮班制。
- 能够站立工作并操作机器设备。
- 具备显微镜使用经验者佳。
必备技能
- 显微镜操作
我们提供
- 早班月薪31,680元起，晚班月薪36,370元起（加班费及奖金另计）。
- 留任奖金：早班工作满三个月加3,000元，满六个月再加6,000元；晚班工作满三个月加5,000元，满六个月再加10,000元。
- 固定早、晚班，无需轮班，做二休二。
