职位概况
负责楠梓厂生产线的整体运营与管理，确保出货、库存、稼动率等关键指标达标。
主要职责
- 达成生产线目标，包括出货、Backlog、Uptime、TPT、Long Tail等。
- 监督材料交期、库存、耗用及成本控制。
- 确保生产质量，处理QA异常、IPQC及纪律问题。
- 推动5S、VSM、QCC等持续改进活动，消除瓶颈并提升自动化与生产力。
- 负责两班人员调度及政策宣导。
