职位概况
大發廠招聘生产作业员，采用固定早、晚班12小时制，录取即为正职，工作地点位于高雄大發工业区。
主要职责
- 站立走动，操作生产机台
- 部分岗位使用显微镜进行检测
- 配合产能需求进行加班
任职要求
- 能够接受早班（07:30~19:30）或晚班（19:30~07:30）轮换工作制
- 具备站立走动及机器操作能力
- 持有效身份证件，面谈时携带笔
必备技能
- 机台操作
- 显微镜使用（部分岗位）
我们提供
- 固定早、晚班12小时制，正职聘用
- 早班月薪31,680元起，晚班36,370元起，另计加班费与奖金
- 留任奖金：考核通过后依据工作时长发放额外奖金
