职位概况

AECOM 台灣建築與人居環境部招聘資深建築設計師，負責商業、綜合用途、辦公、醫療、教育、酒店及公共領域的規劃與設計，工作地點在台北市，採彈性工時。

主要职责

從概念發展至詳細設計階段完成建築方案規劃與執行。
編製設計簡報、圖則、報告及相關技術文件。
協調內部跨專業團隊與外部顧問，確保專案順利推進。
參與英語與普通話的專案會議與設計工作坊。

任职要求

相關科系大學以上學歷（建築、都市設計、都市規劃等）。
至少10年建築設計相關工作經驗，熟悉概念設計至施工文件全流程。
流利普通話與英語，具備優秀口頭與書面溝通能力。

必备技能

熟練使用 Revit。
熟練使用 AutoCAD。
熟練使用 Adobe Creative Suite。
