职位概况
负责中科园区内信息系统平台的建设与维护，提升企业内部运营效率，支持业务部门的数字化需求。
主要职责
- 规划、建置、维护 Windows Server 环境，处理异常问题。
- 安装、配置、监控 Linux（RedHat/SUSE）服务器，提升可用性。
- 管理 VMware、Hyper‑V 虚拟化平台，包括资源配置与故障排除。
- 维护 Microsoft Active Directory，进行账号权限与 GPO 管理。
- 执行弱点扫描、修补及安全强化，降低信息安全风险。
- 建立系统备份、灾难恢复与业务持续性机制，定期演练。
- 配合 ISO 27001 ISMS 编写、更新作业程序与记录文件。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，信息管理或信息工程相关科系。
- 2 年以上系统管理经验，具备 Windows Server 与 Linux Server 实务操作。
- 英文中级水平，无需轮班、出差或外派。
必备技能
- C#/.NET 开发
- Windows Server 安装、调校、管理
- Linux（RedHat/SUSE）服务器管理
- VMware、Hyper‑V 虚拟化平台
- Microsoft Active Directory 与 GPO
- ISO 27001 信息安全管理
- CCNA 网络规划能力
- GenAI Chat（ChatGPT、CopilotChat）应用经验
- PC 组装及服务器硬件维护（HPE/IBM/Lenovo/Dell）
