职位概况
负责《Garena 传说对决》在数字渠道的营销策划与执行，提升游戏活跃度与市场影响力。
主要职责
- 制定并执行 Facebook、Instagram、Google、TikTok 等平台的广告投放策略、预算管理与成效优化。
- 策划并落地线上线下整合营销活动，包括明星、KOL 合作、游戏内活动、社群运营及新闻稿撰写。
- 分析广告表现、玩家行为及市场数据，监控关键指标（New Users、Returning Users、MAU），提供洞察并转化为行动方案。
- 运用 ChatGPT、Claude、Codex 等 AI 工具提升投放、数据分析及工作流程效率。
- 收集用户反馈，与产品、数据团队协作，确保资源与执行方向一致，推动游戏增长。
- 关注行业趋势与平台变化，主动提出创新的增长策略。
任职要求
- 熟悉 Facebook、Instagram、Google Ads、TikTok Ads 等主流数字广告平台，具备投放、分析与优化能力。
- 优秀的数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出可执行的策略。
- 对 AI 工具有兴趣，了解 ChatGPT、Claude、Codex 等并愿意探索其在工作中的应用。
- 具备项目管理能力，能够同时推进多项任务并保证质量与进度。
- 具备创造力、解决问题的能力，能够在快节奏环境中灵活应对。
- 良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
- 热爱《Garena 传说对决》并为其玩家。
