职位概况

Garena 招募《傳說對決》行銷投廣專員，負責線上行銷策略、廣告投放與社群活動，提升遊戲活躍度與市場影響力。

主要职责

規劃與執行 Facebook、Instagram、Google、TikTok 等平台的廣告投放策略、成效優化與預算管理。
協助線上與線下整合行銷專案，包括明星合作、KOL、遊戲內活動與新聞稿撰寫。
分析廣告成效、玩家行為與市場數據，提供洞察並轉化為執行策略。
運用 AI 工具優化廣告投放、數據分析與工作流程。
持續收集用戶回饋，與產品、資料團隊協作推動遊戲成長。

任职要求

熟悉主流數位廣告平台（Facebook、Instagram、Google Ads、TikTok Ads），具備投放與優化能力。
具備良好數據分析能力，能從數據中發掘問題並提出策略。
對 AI 工具（ChatGPT、Claude、Codex）有興趣並願意探索其應用。
具備專案管理與多任務同時推進能力，注重品質與時程。
具備創造力、解決問題能力與優秀溝通協作精神。
為《Garena 傳說對決》玩家。
