About the role

Join the Consumer Networking marketing team to drive global campaigns for next‑generation gaming routers. You will turn technical Wi‑Fi features into exciting stories for gamers who value low latency, speed, and bragging rights, often collaborating with popular anime and game franchises.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall campaign strategy, creating toolkits for regional marketing teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution, ensuring product, sales, and regional teams deliver a consistent global narrative.
• Lead creative production: brief designers, direct video shoots, and deliver gaming‑focused content that captures attention.
• Partner with tier‑1 global KOLs and media outlets to amplify the brand worldwide.
• Measure performance by tracking KPIs and ROI, using data to refine future campaigns.
• Develop cross‑product and IP collaborations with anime, games, and other entertainment franchises.

Required profile

• Marketing‑related degree or 1–2+ years of relevant experience (agency experience a plus); recent graduates with internships are welcome.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (TOEIC 850+ or IELTS 7.0+).
• Strong curiosity for new technology and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with brands such as ROG and TUF routers.
• Excellent multitasking, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset.
