负责带领并管理电话行销团队，制定并执行每日、每月业绩目标和策略，提升团队整体绩效。
主要职责
- 规划团队业绩目标并制定执行策略。
- 招募、培训及激励团队成员。
- 监控并分析业务数据，定期优化销售流程。
- 处理客户问题，维护良好客户关系。
任职要求
- 具备金融保险相关工作经验，5年及以上经验者优先。
- 熟悉Office软件，尤其是Excel操作。
- 学习能力佳，具备良好的时间管理能力。
