物流工程营建经理

职位概况
负责Coupang台湾物流站点的工程项目全生命周期管理，包括规划、承包商协调、施工执行、验收及运营交接，确保项目按时、按质完成。
主要职责
- 统筹工程项目从设计到交付的全部流程，设定各阶段控制点和交付标准。
- 审查施工图纸、进度计划、技术规范，识别冲突并推动整改。
- 通过承包商日报、现场走访和里程碑确认，监控现场执行和履约情况。
- 建立检验验收标准，管理不符合项、质量缺失并推动闭环处理。
- 协调内部团队、采购、设计及承包商等利害关系人，形成可追踪的决议和行动计划。
- 定期输出进度报告，比较计划与实际，识别风险并提出纠正措施。
任职要求
- 具可验证的工程项目管理经验，能够清晰说明项目范围、周期、个人职责及交付成果。
- 拥有工地现场管理或新建站点工程经验，包括承包商协调、里程碑验收及异常处理。
- 能够阅读并解读施工图纸、进度表及技术规范。
- 具质量检验或缺陷整改经验，能够推动问题闭环。
- 具跨部门协调能力，能与工程、运营、采购、设计等团队合作。
- 拥有土木、营建、结构等相关专业学位或等同工作经验。
