职位概况
负责为分行客户提供优质服务，支持理财业务团队达成绩效指标，提升客户体验并推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 提供客户优质服务，处理账户、贷款及现金/非现金交易。
- 与理财业务团队合作，发掘潜在业务机会并转介潜在客户。
- 解决客户服务相关问题，降低柜台交易量，提升自动化系统使用比例。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，具金融业服务经验。
- 具备基本英文沟通能力，积极主动，有业务潜质。
- 需持有信托业务人员、金融市场常识与职业道德证照，主管需具备内控证照。
