职位概况
负责酒店安全监控室的日常运营，组织并执行酒店内外的巡逻，确保人员、资产及设施的安全。
主要职责
- 每日检查并维护CCTV监控、电子安防设备及火灾报警系统。
- 根据酒店政策调查各类事件、犯罪或可疑人物。
- 监督并指导安保团队执行安全程序，安排消防演练及风险评估。
- 处理医疗事故，撰写并上报事件报告。
- 为宾客、访客及供应商提供友善的协助，保持工作区域整洁。
任职要求
- 至少3年安保工作经验，酒店业经验优先。
- 熟悉安全保卫工作，具备警惕、果断的工作态度。
- 具备领导力和有效沟通能力。
- 能够在台湾合法工作。
必备技能
- CCTV监控系统操作
- 电子安全设备维护
- 火灾报警系统检查
