负责公司生产计划与物料控制，线上面试招聘生管物控主管，主要承担产能评估、KPI制定及跨部门协同等工作。
主要职责
- KPI制定与执行，监控产能评估结果。
- 人员工作规划与调度，确保生产顺畅。
- 跨部门产销协同，协调生产进度与交期。
- 库存管理，控制库存损失。
- 外包管理，推动项目优化。
