About the role
The Legal Project Manager will lead contract review and management for U.S. agreements and oversee dispute‑resolution matters across the manufacturing sector. This position requires coordination of complex legal projects, cross‑border litigation, and collaboration with multiple internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and manage U.S. contracts, preferably with prior in‑house experience.
- Plan, execute, and supervise dispute‑resolution cases, including civil/criminal litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations, product liability, supply‑chain, IP, and labor issues.
- Handle cross‑border litigation and U.S. procedural matters such as e‑Discovery.
- Prepare project‑management reports, risk classifications, and scenario analyses for legal cases.
- Drive cross‑functional projects involving all departments and affiliated companies.
- Participate in meetings across time zones and undertake short‑term business travel as required.
- Perform additional assignments delegated by supervisors.
Required profile
- Experience in U.S. in‑house legal environments is preferred.
- Strong background in handling a wide range of manufacturing‑related disputes.
- Ability to manage cross‑border litigation and navigate U.S. procedural rules.
- Comfortable working with international teams and flexible to travel.
