职位概况
醫美龍頭指標品牌，連續6年安心醫美正貨冠軍，現正招聘法務副理，負責法遵、風險管理及公司法務事務。
主要职责
- 協助推動集團組織發展，與外部律師事務所及顧問合作，優化組織架構與治理機制。
- 規劃並辦理法遵教育訓練，提供法令諮詢與建議，降低營運風險。
- 處理衛生法令相關案件，包括客訴、行政調查及法律爭議，協調相關單位因應。
- 擔任法務窗口參與跨部門專案與重要會議，追蹤決議執行情形。
- 蒐集法規異動資訊，協助檢視並調整內部制度與流程，確保符合法令規範。
任职要求
- 具有高度抗壓性。
- 具備營運觀點與法律專業知識。
- 具備法遵稽核能力。
- 具備良好的溝通能力。
- 能代表法務部門跟進公司會議。
