Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Manager of Trust and Safety Compliance Audit. The Trust and Safety team curbs fraud and abuse so that genuine customers and sellers get the best experience, developing policies and standards, guiding implementation and monitoring controls. As Senior Manager you will lead a team of auditors, develop audit programs and work with cross-functional teams to improve compliance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run comprehensive audit programs and conduct on-site and remote compliance audits.
• Review and analyze audit findings, identifying non-compliance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance, training and support.
• Work with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain and legal teams to address compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders and maintain accurate audit records.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10 years of experience in trust and safety compliance auditing, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality audit outcomes.
