Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with strong hands‑on expertise in regulatory compliance and a keen interest in leveraging technology and AI. The role supports key compliance activities across the organization, from monitoring regulations to updating policies and delivering employee training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the annual compliance program, including regulatory monitoring, self‑assessments and policy updates.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impact and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to raise awareness across the organization.
• Implement Group compliance requirements such as Conflict of Interest, Whistleblowing and Anti‑Bribery & Corruption programs.
• Partner with business and control functions to provide guidance and drive remediation.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of compliance processes, exploring AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in a second‑line control function.
• Solid knowledge of insurance regulations, anti‑money‑laundering requirements and related financial services laws.
• Strong regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication, stakeholder management and project execution skills.
• Good command of English for reviewing regulatory and policy materials.

Required skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
