职位概况
负责西门子楼宇自动化系统在台湾地区的客户经营与服务销售，推动设备汰换、升级及相关解决方案，提升客户满意度并实现业务增长。
主要职责
- 维护既有客户关系，挖掘需求并提供楼宇自动化解决方案。
- 推动设备汰换、升级及相关服务的销售。
- 与工程、技术及内部团队合作，制定可执行的竞争性方案。
- 追踪市场趋势、客户需求及竞争动态，调整销售策略。
- 配合Marcom团队开展营销宣传，提高方案知名度。
- 协助永续减碳及数字化服务项目，扩大业务机会。
- 确保完成销售目标，定期检视业绩与项目进度。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，具3年以上销售或工程领域经验。
- 具楼宇自动化系统相关工作经验者佳。
- 具英文沟通能力者优先。
