负责小至中型建筑及工作场所项目的执行，确保项目在时间、成本、质量和绩效方面达成既定目标。

主要职责

制定并维护详细的项目计划和进度表，监控项目财务并与造价师团队对齐预算。
管理变更控制流程，确保相关文件完整。
领导跨职能项目团队，推动有效沟通与协作。
通过会议和书面沟通管理项目信息流。
维护项目治理体系，编制正式的项目进度报告。
确保项目符合质量、安全、健康和环境标准。
作为客户和顾问的主要联络点，识别并拓展业务机会。
