MEP Project Manager – Construction & Renovation

About the role

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and BMS/FMCS, across construction and renovation projects. This role bridges architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure installations meet code, budget, schedule, and sustainability targets.

Key responsibilities

• On‑site leadership of engineers, technicians and contractors to meet project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance for all mechanical and electrical aspects of the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and scope.
• Ensure quality assurance by meeting specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, including failure analysis and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Manage safety compliance with all regulations and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or related building services discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international codes, standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with BIM coordination tools, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and related software.
