职位概况

皇田工業是全球第二大汽车遮阳与遮物帘制造商，现招聘制造工程师，负责新产品制程开发与量产导入，提升生产效率与良率。

主要职责

主导APQP流程，协助新产品制程开发并顺利导入量产。
规划生产流程与线体布局，编写SOP与PFMEA，实现流程标准化。
参与夹治具设计与导入，提升制造一致性。
建立并维护标准工时与制程成本，为管理决策提供依据。
分析制程异常，推动持续改进，提高良率与生产稳定性。
导入新设备与新工法，提升产线自动化水平。
提供现场技术支持、设备操作培训，强化团队执行力。

任职要求

具备制造工程相关经验，熟悉制程开发与量产导入。
能够独立编写SOP、PFMEA等技术文件。
具备分析问题并推动改进的能力。
