职位概况
本公司在楠梓厂招聘夜班生产作业员，采用固定12小时班制，录用后为正式员工。工作时间为19:30至次日07:30，期间有两小时休息。
主要职责
- 操作生产线机台，确保设备正常运行。
- 进行10公斤以下的物料搬运与装配。
- 配合产能需求，执行加班工作。
任职要求
- 能够适应夜班工作，具备良好的体力。
- 遵守公司安全操作规程。
- 具备基本的机器操作或搬运经验者优先。
必备技能
- 机器操作基础。
- 搬运与简单装配能力。
我们提供
- 月薪36,370元起（含加班费、达标奖金及年终奖金）。
- 正式全职合同，享有公司福利。
- 每周一下午14:30或周三上午09:30现场面试。
