About the role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll leverage your strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and materials science to solve complex mechanical problems, design custom tooling, and support the handling, assembly, and disassembly of components throughout the product life cycle. You will work alongside talented professionals in a cutting‑edge display and semiconductor environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision.
- Develop, design, and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings for complex scopes.
- Generate and document engineering test reports and perform engineering analysis.
- Lead or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers and specification generation.
- Design and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and processes for part handling throughout the product life cycle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with 3D/2D design tools such as Inventor or AutoCAD.
- Experience in vacuum/chamber design.
