Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our Product Marketing & Department team. You will have a real impact on bringing our brand to life and supporting the growth of our medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product launch and growth strategies across consumer channels, including e‑commerce and offline retail such as pharmacies.
• Develop and implement integrated multi‑channel marketing plans (online & offline) to drive brand awareness, consumer penetration, and sales conversion.
• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content development, and social media engagement.
• Monitor and analyze channel and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuous optimization.
• Build and manage KOL/influencer engagement strategies, establishing long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (sales, regulatory) to ensure effective execution aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with distributors and channel partners to gather market insights, validate strategies, and optimize go‑to‑market execution.
• Support product commercialization initiatives across the portfolio and perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital consumer marketing, including advertising, digital media, and performance tracking.
• Experience in e‑commerce or consumer healthcare/consumer product categories is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management and KOL/influencer collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
