Earn Product Operations & User Growth

About the role

The Earn Product Operations & User Growth role is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and overall product growth for Earn offerings. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external token partners to ensure smooth operations and successful campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to increase user acquisition and product usage.
• Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to ensure effective campaign rollout.
• Monitor daily Earn product performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness using data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
• Support VIP and institutional client management and onboarding for Earn products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending/borrowing mechanisms.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
