Market Access and Public Policy Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a Market Access and Public Policy Partner to lead the entry of innovative diagnostic solutions in Taiwan. The role combines strategic market‑access planning with active policy shaping to ensure patients benefit from Roche’s cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sustainable market‑access and pricing strategies from pre‑launch through product life‑cycle.
• Lead NHIA reimbursement submissions, negotiations and end‑to‑end reimbursement processes.
• Develop and implement pharmacoeconomic and health‑technology‑assessment (HTA) strategies, generating payer‑relevant evidence through clinical trials, health‑economic modelling, real‑world evidence and meta‑analyses.
• Identify high‑value products, guide new‑product planning and address patient‑access barriers, including self‑pay solutions.
• Collaborate with global, commercial and cross‑functional teams to align access strategies.
• Engage KOLs, patient‑advocacy groups and external stakeholders to shape policy and expand access.
• Ensure all activities comply with Roche’s business conduct, competition law and safety policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, public health, economics, public policy or life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in medical‑device/diagnostic reimbursement or self‑pay strategy.
• Deep familiarity with Taiwan’s NHIA processes for medical devices and diagnostics.
