Litigation & Dispute Resolution Counsel – Global

About the role

We are a leading global brand in smart baby gear seeking a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Counsel to lead and coordinate corporate litigation, pre‑suit disputes, and regulatory enforcement across our worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global litigation playbooks, dispute handling policies, and settlement guidelines.
• Formulate defense strategies for complex commercial, IP, product liability, and regulatory matters.
• Lead early case assessment, internal fact‑finding, and liability analysis.
• Manage external counsel selection, budgeting, billing oversight, and eDiscovery workflows.
• Conduct cross‑functional risk reviews, advise business units on dispute avoidance, and partner with executive leadership on settlement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional legal teams on cross‑border disputes and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 8–10 years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution.
• Proven experience managing cross‑border commercial disputes in a multinational environment.
• Strong background in eDiscovery governance and external counsel management.
• Ability to develop risk‑based dispute review frameworks and litigation escalation procedures.
