Key Account Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Supervisor to manage and grow strategic retail accounts. The role covers end‑to‑end account management, from business planning and commercial negotiations to promotional execution and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, including annual business planning, negotiations, execution and performance review.
• Achieve sales, market share and profitability targets for each customer and channel.
• Manage trade spending and investment budgets to maximise ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and implement account plans covering assortment, pricing, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and budget effectiveness, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Key Account Management or modern trade sales.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing major retail accounts such as Uni‑Prosperity, PX Mart, A.Mart or similar.
