Key Account Specialist – Retail

About the role

The Key Account Specialist – Retail will drive Red Bull’s sales strategy across assigned retail and e‑commerce accounts. You will build strategic partnerships, manage accounts, and ensure execution excellence to maximise sales volume and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with retail customers, acting as the main point of contact.
• Deliver monthly trade sales volume targets based on the latest revised estimate (LRE).
• Implement account sales strategies, prepare volume forecasts and joint business plans.
• Conduct regular store checks to gather execution and market insights.
• Negotiate terms of trade and business development agreements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Train field sales and merchandiser teams to achieve targeted volumes and ensure in‑store execution excellence.
• Manage distribution partners and field sales agencies, ensuring timely reporting and KPI delivery.
• Oversee trade spend budgets for assigned accounts, adhering to Red Bull guidelines.
• Apply Perfect Store and Perfect Online Store standards, drive brand‑building activations and optimise trade terms.

Required profile

• Creative, analytical and action‑oriented personality.

• Strong ability to build strategic customer relationships.
• Willingness to share best practices and market insights.
• Capable of collaborating across functions and international teams.
