Jr. License Compliance Advisory Specialist

About the role

PTC is looking for a License Compliance Advisory Specialist (Junior/Senior) to support its License Compliance and Advisory Services function in Taiwan. The role suits early-career professionals and recent graduates who are organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn about software licensing, risk management and enterprise operations. No prior license compliance experience is needed; what matters is discipline, clear thinking and professional communication in English and Chinese. The position offers hands-on exposure to real compliance engagements and close mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in license compliance activities such as advisory, usage assessments and anti-piracy initiatives, and help negotiate fair resolutions and timely closure of engagements.
• Interpret licensing information, transaction records and usage data under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support advisory and educational initiatives that promote proper software usage.
• Prepare internal reports, summaries and dashboards for management, and create clear presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides for stakeholder discussions.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Sales and Operations teams, track milestones and action items, and keep records organized.
• Communicate internally and externally, including in meetings and follow-ups, and prepare materials and notes for senior team members in stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome; prior exposure to software licensing, compliance, audit or risk work is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with data analysis or BI tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, comfort with structured data and reports, and willingness to learn and take feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
