Inside Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager drives sales across multiple channels, understands customer needs, and works closely with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will promote Hilti’s construction solutions, maintain accurate CRM data, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell Hilti products and services via phone calls, social media, and other digital channels.
• Apply the 3S approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate applications.
• Manage time efficiently to increase daily customer contact frequency.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hilti products, services, and applications.
• Regularly update CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) to keep customer data accurate.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business or a related discipline.
• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
• Strong passion for customer service and a caring attitude.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, outgoing, and able to explore personal potential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player who can react quickly to change and work under pressure.
• Experience with Line, Facebook or other social‑media up‑selling methods.
