In Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for an In‑Store Visual Merchandiser to create and maintain compelling window and interior displays that drive sales and enhance the brand experience. You will work closely with store teams and senior visual‑merchandising managers to plan, install and refresh product presentations across all categories.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and install window and niche displays according to zoning proposals, selecting appropriate products and props.
• Coordinate with store staff to schedule manpower, manage rotation plans and ensure timely updates for accessories, shoes, ready‑to‑wear and jewellery.
• Conduct quality checks after installation, photograph displays for review and maintain daily standards.
• Manage props inventory, organise the stock room and keep inventory records up to date.
• Communicate visual‑merchandising guidelines to store personnel and support CRM events, trunk shows and special promotions.
• Refresh store layouts during product launches, mid‑season changes and pre‑visit preparations.
• Liaise with head office on product tension and provide substitute items when stock is sold out.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in exhibition, pop‑up or brand‑event space setup.
• Proven ability to coordinate window‑display changes and new product installations on tight schedules, including night shifts.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards.
