職位簡介

Coupang 台灣負責「火箭速配」與「火箭跨境」業務，提供隔日到貨與國際速配服務，現招募庫存營運專員協助拓展業務。該專員負責管理庫存、訂單及物流，主導從入庫排程到異常處理的全流程供應鏈協作。

主要職責

處理入庫差異（如數量不符、貨損），並與供應商或倉儲方溝通；排除出貨與存放的技術性錯誤
針對產品客訴進行根本原因分析，制定並執行糾正與預防措施，降低退貨率與客戶不滿意度
檢視工作流找出效率瓶頸，提出精簡方案以提升訂單履行效率

任职要求

電商營運、供應鏈管理或倉儲物流相關經驗者佳
熟悉 Excel 基本至進階操作

招募流程為資格審核、電話面試、現場或線上面對面面試，最後通知錄取。若所有職缺招滿，公告可能提前關閉。
