HVM Photo Scanner MTS Engineer

About the role

Micron Technology is hiring an HVM Photo Scanner MTS engineer for its High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Photo team at the Taichung Fab 16 site. The role focuses on DUV scanner performance, process optimization and equipment reliability, working across cross-functional teams to support new technology introductions and stay aligned with Micron's roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute technically to the HVM Photo team, covering DUV scanner performance, process optimization and equipment reliability
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
• Support new technology introductions and ensure alignment with Micron's roadmap

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or a related STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in photo process or scanner equipment engineering, preferably in a semiconductor HVM environment
• Track record of successful innovation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and improve yield, cycle time and equipment performance
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Strong understanding of DUV scanner systems, including ASML immersion platforms and associated metrology tools
