HVAC Engineer – MEP Projects in Taiwan

About the role

Join HIMEP’s international MEP team in Taiwan as an HVAC Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality HVAC, fire‑protection and plumbing solutions for industrial and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare construction method statements and supervise on‑site activities.
• Develop and issue shop drawings for HVAC, fire‑protection and plumbing systems.
• Control material quantities, coordinate procurement and manage distribution.
• Prepare inspection reports, payment documentation and as‑built records.
• Ensure work complies with quality, safety, schedule and quantity requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience.
• Experience in design or construction management of industrial plants, factories or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage; training provided for other candidates.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Taiwan.
