Junior Engineer, Signalling

About the role

SYSTRA Taiwan is looking for a Junior Engineer to support signalling and railway system projects. You will work under senior engineers, contributing to design, development and implementation while gaining hands‑on experience on large‑scale rail initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of railway signalling projects under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare technical documentation.
• Participate actively in project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and help ensure smooth task execution.
• Manage project document control and support administrative activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in a STEM field (Electrical Engineering or related) – required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of professional engineering experience.
• Basic engineering knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Traditional Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and in a team.
